Terms
A free newsletter and a website with no accounts and no payments, so these are short. Read the issues, use what is useful, leave whenever you like.

What this is
zulqarnainhaidar.com is a personal website and an email newsletter about AI tooling and workflows, operated by Zulqarnain Haidar (see the imprint). It is free. There is no account to create, nothing to pay for, and no service level of any kind.
By using the site or subscribing, you accept these terms. If you do not, please do not use the site.
Subscribing and leaving
Subscribe by entering your email address and confirming the link that arrives. Only subscribe an address you control. Issues go out on no fixed schedule. There is no guaranteed frequency, and the newsletter may pause or stop at any time.
Unsubscribe from the link in any issue, or by emailing me. It takes effect immediately. No reason needed and no retention offer.
I may remove a subscriber without notice — for example an address that hard-bounces, or one used to abuse the signup form.
The content
Issues describe what I did, what it cost and whether it worked, on my own setup at a point in time. That is reporting, not advice. Tools, prices, model behaviour and interfaces change quickly, and something accurate when published may be wrong months later.
Nothing here is professional advice. It is not legal, financial, tax, security or business advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy anything. Test things in your own environment before relying on them, especially anything touching production systems or customer data. What you do with it is your responsibility.
Some issues describe AI-assisted workflows. See AI transparency for how AI is used in producing them.
Copyright and quoting
The writing, diagrams and images are mine and are protected by copyright. You may read, print and share them for personal, non-commercial use, and quote passages with attribution and a link back.
You may not republish whole issues, present the work as your own, or use it commercially without written permission. That includes rehosting the text and reusing the diagrams in your own publication. Ask me — the answer is usually yes.
The code behind the site and any code samples in the issues may be used freely.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break into, overload or disrupt the site, subscribe addresses you do not control, scrape it in a way that degrades it for others, or use it to send unsolicited mail. The signup form is rate-limited and abuse will be blocked.
No warranty and limits on liability
The site and the newsletter are provided as they are, without warranty of any kind. There is no promise that they will be available, uninterrupted, error-free or accurate.
I am liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence I am liable only where an essential contractual obligation is breached, and then only for foreseeable damage typical of this kind of arrangement. Liability under the German Product Liability Act is unaffected. Beyond that, liability is excluded.
External links
Issues link to other sites. I do not control them and am not responsible for their content, their products, or how they handle your data.
Changes
These terms may change. The current version always lives at this URL with its date at the top. Material changes affecting subscribers will be mentioned in an issue.
Governing law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
Should any provision be or become invalid, the remainder stays in force.
